Lori was promoted to the Senior Management Team in Jan 2020. Prior to this she was the Insurance Manager for our Woburn Office for 6 years. Lori brings 30 Years of experience to New England Dental Partners in Dental Administration and dental insurance processing with companies such as Northeast Dental Management, Peak Dental Services, and Boston University School of Dental Medicine Pre-doctorate Program.
In addition, Lori has been an experienced National dental computer software trainer and implementation specialist for over a decade. She has spoken and trained attendees on topics of Account Receivable Management, Recall Protocols and Dental Insurance Processing at National User Conferences. Lori has experience as an Operations Manager of multiple dental offices within the northeast.
Lori also maintains memberships in the following professional groups: Certified Ethical Fitness Trainer from the Institute for Global Ethics, SBANNE School for Managers, National Association of Professional Women, and Lifetime Member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers.
When away from the office, Lori enjoys her 3 grandchildren, Tarynn age 15, Alanah age 13, Kamron Age 11, and a new one on the way. She also loves making cards, paper crafting, and making scrapbooks.
