Driany became a part of our team in November of 2020 and has been in the dental field for years prior to that. Beginning as a dental assistant, Driany has since transitioned into a management role, and currently oversees our Boston area offices. She is responsible for leading, administering, and managing the overall administrative operations of dental offices within her region, while providing leadership and guidance in a variety of areas. She maintains open communication with her team and excels in employee and patient relations, while managing daily and long term administrative tasks as well as strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluations of each regional office. Essential to Driany’s role as Boston Regional Manager, is the ability to develop close working partnerships with supported dentists and practice managers. With her strong analytical skills and background of both dentistry and business, Driany continues to develop and implement action plans to achieve growth within our company, while keeping her team and her patients at the forefront.
Driany received her associates degree in business administration in 2020, and has since advanced her education and training with yearly courses in a variety of subjects. She received her FAADOM Distinction in 2020 for the American Association of Dental Office Managers; a prestigious accomplishment obtained after meeting extensive and rigorous requirements. Along with her role with New England Dental Partners, Driany is also the vice president of the AADOM Boston Chapter and hopes to obtain her bachelor’s degree in business management in the future.
When she is away from her team, you can find Driany spending time with her family, exploring new places with her dog, and completing small home renovation projects. She is a firm believer in surrounding yourself with positivity, and strives to make the most of every day, living a happy, healthy life, never without a smile!
