Talita joined our team at New England Dental Partners in March of 2020 – during a global pandemic, nonetheless. She brings with her almost 20 years of experience in the dental industry, and she is responsible for managing all things related to training and team development.
Talita grew up in Brazil and has been living in the US for 22 years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Boston, and she is working towards obtaining a master’s degree in Learning Experience Design with Brandeis University. She enjoys teaching and coaching, and collaborating with the team.
Prior to joining us at NEDP, Talita was a CADCAM and Eaglesoft trainer with Patterson Dental, and before that she worked as Office Manager in a couple of different dental offices. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her husband and son, two dogs and two guinea pigs or learning something new.
