Acquired over 40 dental practices and helped build and start 12 deNovo dental practices
Major areas of expertise are valuation of acquisition targets including conducting due diligence reviews, monthly financial accounting process including consolidations and cash flow analysis, ability to apply financial data in making operating decisions, use of financial metrics to measure business performance, conduct fee analysis and rate increase negotiations with insurance carriers, analyze and negotiate insurance policies and conduct necessary claims review to help reduce a Company’s risk, established strong communication with our banking relationship and managed various Debt Agreements, worked closely with external auditors in an audit of Company’s financial statements, prepared annual budgets and submitted to Board for their review, work closely with Senior Management team to help drive growth and profitability for the Company.
